Review by hotel critic
Staying at Casa Polanco was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family. After a long journey, being escorted into a cozy library with refreshments felt like a considerate touch. The room was elegantly furnished, and the marble bathroom had that chic, airy feel reminiscent of top-notch Parisian hotels. Breakfast was a standout, a buffet with an impressive selection of pastries and delicious omelettes that fueled my days of exploration. On one memorable afternoon, I dined on a filet mignon with marsala sauce that was one of the best steaks I've had. It was the staff's dedication that truly left an impression. When I fell ill during my stay and needed urgent care, the hotel manager Regina was instrumental in arranging a doctor and even fetching my medication. Though I ran into some issues with the hotel's phone communication post-check-out, the overall experience was enriching. Casa Polanco blends luxury with heartfelt service, a must-visit for culinary enthusiasts.
